These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, training programmes and services provided by Sephar-Innovations Ltd. (RC 8270852) — "Sephar", "we", "us" or "our". By enrolling or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Enrolment & payment

Enrolment is confirmed once payment is received in full, either online via our payment provider or by verified bank transfer. Invoices are issued in Nigerian Naira and may include applicable VAT. Corporate clients who are withholding-tax agents may withhold WHT as shown on the invoice. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative and charged in Naira unless agreed otherwise.

2. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the programme and how far it has progressed. Our detailed refund and cancellation terms — including training cohorts, consulting/project engagements, non-refundable items, and how to request a refund — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please contact us before a cohort begins to discuss any refund request. Where a refund is granted, it is processed to the original payment method where possible.

3. Delivery & changes

Training is delivered as described for each cohort. We may adjust schedules, instructors or delivery format where reasonably necessary and will communicate any material changes in advance.

4. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use our website and materials lawfully. You must not misuse the services — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, infringing others' rights, or sharing course materials or access with people who have not enrolled.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, software, branding and other intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of Sephar-Innovations Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share them without our written permission. Work you create during a programme (e.g. your capstone) remains yours.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued to participants who meet the completion requirements for a programme. Certificates are verifiable and must not be altered or misrepresented.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
